At Tahiti Raw Honey, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all honey sales are final.

No Returns on Food Products

Because our honey is a consumable food item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and quality control reasons. This policy ensures that every jar shipped to our customers remains untouched and protected.

We cannot restock or resell food products once they have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
A brief explanation of the issue. After review, we may offer:
A replacement (if inventory is available), or
A refund to your original payment method

Natural Variations

Tahiti Raw Honey is:

100% raw
Unfiltered
Unpasteurized

Natural crystallization, texture changes, and color variations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
